RE: OUTCOME OF CURATIVE PETITION IN 100% DA

The recent SC Judgment dated 15MAY,2020 in the Curative Petition had erased the only tiny hope we had in our minds till date.

At this critical juncture, I am immensely thankful for the nice gesture to volunteer in extending his valuable services by our learned senior friend com. C N Prasad garu., Genl. Secy., AIRBEA , Bangaluru. 

Much in particular, his committed assurance to file a case afresh on different grounds, will certainly boost the morale and bring solace to the deprived and depressed lot... - “A SILVER LINING IN THE DARK CLOUDS…..”

While I profusely thank for the spirited action on the part of our learned friend Com. C N Prasad, as also on behalf of ALL INDIA RETIRED BANK EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, I append the related communication thread for your information:

 THE OBSERVATIONS MADE MUCH IN PARTICULAR, BY OUR LEARNED FRIEND SRI N SANKARA SUBRAMANIAN ,  ARE  INDEED WORTH NOTING:

THE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE SPEAK BY ITSELF AS TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF OUR ASSOCIATION/S WHILE HANDLING THE CASE DURING THE PROCEEDINGS AT THE SUPREME COURT..... A MAJOR BLUNDER INDEED..!! 

THE LEADERSHIP OWE AN EXPLANATION TO THE MEMBERSHIP FOR THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE FOR HAVING COMMITTED IN WRITING SAYING THAT THEY WOULD NOT FILE CONTEMPT PETITION AGAINST THE MANAGEMENT OF UNITED BANK OF INDIA.
