MY APPEAL TO: THE  VVIPs…. IN PURSUIT OF JUSTICE....

Referring to the above, I annex here my letter addressed to the VVIPs inviting their kind attention to the glaring injustice meted out at us in our 100% DA CASE.

This effort of mine assumes lot of importance in the wake of the Curative Petition in our 100% DA Case is under the process of filing  and which is likely to come up before the 5-judge Bench  soon for its final disposal.

In this connection, I made a sincere effort to draw the kind attention of all the VVIPs / legal luminaries to the Glaringly  contradicting Judgments passed  and thus causing a great injustice to the fraternity of senior bank retirees.

“……HON’BLE SIRS ! DURING OUR LONG JOURNEY OF CRUSADE FOR JUSTICE, MANY OF OUR COLLEAGUES HAVE ALREADY ATTAINED THEIR “HEAVENLY ABODE”  AND WE STILL REMAIN WAITING FOR OUR TURN TO MEET THEM WITH ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE !!....”
