       CONTEMPT PETITION IN 1616-1684 DA CASE

My Dear friends,  
 
You are aware that many banks have so far not implemented the verdict of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 1616-1684 DA Case in its letter and spirit despite the fact that the Judgment was pronounced in Feb.2018 –ie. more than an year.   

On my part, I addressed a couple of letter followed by reminders to our management of Syndicate Bank in this behalf. As expected, they did not bother to reply or acknowledge even.    The said letters are appended here for your information/perusal.   
Similarly, Almost all the banks have exhibited their indifferent attitude with scant respect to the Apex Court’s verdict.     
My Dear friends,  let me remind you time and again --   

WE ARE ENTITLED TO GET MUCH MORE THAN

WHAT WE ARE  PAID ACTUALLY  TILL NOW.   

This is in fact,  the spirit of the judgment/s as pronounced by the Supreme Court upholding the verdict given both by the single and division benches of Karnataka High Court saying......."

The Hon'ble Division Bench headed by Sri Vikramjit Sen, Chief Justice,while confirming the above Judgment, 
passed the following   scratching remarks against the management saying:-

"..WE MENTION THIS FOR THE REASON THAT IT APPEARS TO US THAT THE EXTREMELY SCARCE TIME OF THE COURT AS WELL AS THE BANK'S RESOURCES HAVE BEEN AVOIDABLY AND UNNECESSARILY EXPENDED ON AN EXERCISE OF FUTILITY.."

-VIKRAMJIT SEN : CHIEF JUSTICE; KARNATAKA HIGH COURT"

Even the Hon'ble Supreme court also concurred with the above verdict and confirmed its final orders to pay the arrears with 9% interest. 

Still, the sadistic Bank management is bent upon to frustrate every attempt of OURS with their dilatory tactics
to further stretch the issue unresolved on some pretext or the other.
