GLARING MISREPRESENTATION OF FACT: (among other things)
The Supreme Court Judgment was kept reserved for pronouncement on 16 08 2017...
Whereas, The Board of Union Bank of India, issued a notification on 18th. September, 2017 in the name of the MOF as an Extraordinary Gazitte binding the officials of the Ministry of Finance for the amendment of the regulation
The said Gazette Notification (proposing the amendment of the Pension Regulation ) COVERTLY brought out by UNION BANK OF INDIA, has been deliberately misrepresented as that of UNITED BANK OF INDIA – a glaring and deliberate misrepresentation
The instant reaction on the part of our comrade: viz: Sri C N Venugopalan is highly commendable.
Kindly go through the contents of the following link for more details and better clarity: (this notification to the amendment is exclusively emanated from Union Bank of India alone and certainly not from United Bank of India, which was a blatant wrong projection to mislead the court.
