My Dear friends, All the aggrieved have been anxiously awaiting for the outcome of the verdict of the Apex Court to bring solace to the lamenting lot of the fraternity who were subjected to discrimination at the behest of IBA/MOF/UFBU. Owing to the complexity of the situation on the legal front, the delay is certainly justified and reasonable up to a certain extent. At the same time , let us not lose sight of the fact that many of the affected are super seniors/ dependent spouses/family pensioners with insurmountable old age difficulties who have been struggling hard to make their both ends meet and are unable to keep pace with the galloping inflation.....
