Radio New Zealand has entered its 9th year of a funding freeze! Its funding freeze is really a sinking lid which has caused them to sell assets, make people redundant and cut programmes! RNZ cannot continue to operate under this duress. Next on the chopping block will be its Auckland studios! They intend to rent them back from the new owner!
