Otis's Appeal Hearing, set for last Tuesday, was postponed at the last minute and has now been rescheduled for October 22nd. This has been an utterly nerve-wracking experience for Otis and for all of his friends and supporters. A group of us will be with him in Newport next week, to ensure that he doesn't face this ordeal alone. In the interim, please keep on sharing and signing this petition to demonstrate the depth of and breadth of his support locally and nationally.  This is a good man, from a bad place.
