David Caldwell died in a government institute known as Medomsley Detention Centre, and after the biggest investigation in U.K. history, with some 1700 victims who came forward, the violence towards the teenage inmates has come to light. David's family have been fighting for justice since the early 1980's and they are desperate to get closure. There is an new eye witness who has come forward who can assist David's family to get justice. This witness has given a statement to the CPS and is willing to stand up in court. The former officer CHRISTOPHER ONSLOW, is alleged by the eye witness, to be responsible for David's death.

CHRISTOPHER ONSLOW has just received an eight year jail term, for crimes against David Caldwell's fellow inmates at Medomsley Detention Centre.
