I discovered that an Xfinity agent added multiple modems to my account without my consent. I only own one modem with the CM MAC A8:70:5D:25:DA:B1, yet four additional gateways were listed: • 70:13:01:BE:C7:2C • C4:50:9C:FD:17:94 • C4:4F:D5:90:A9:3C • 40:75:C3:4A:89:9C I did not authorize these devices. This created potential billing, security, and service issues. I requested that Xfinity remove the unauthorized devices and confirm that only my modem remains on the account.
