Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 609 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

I also wanted to touch base and update everyone on what has happened since the petition was started.

It has been three days and we still have not received any concrete answers to our questions regarding the layoffs. Trevor is pointing fingers at Insight Global and vice versa. No one is taking responsibility for anything. 

Folks who have been fired are also not being given extra PTO allowance or any time to grieve/process. They are being forced to continue to support youth in crises while dealing with their own crisis. 

A meeting held on June 15th with a 988 team and Alex Boyd ( Senior Manager of digital supervisors) and Jesse Medina ( 988 digital manager) where all questions were given basic responses and not really answered. Alex also stated that this is an "exciting time" since 988 will be growing and branching to other centers under Vibrant. That phrasing is disgusting given the situation so many 988 workers are currently going through. Of course management can be excited because they are not being affected, only the front line staff.

As you can see both Trevor and Insight Global continue to ignore and brush off all of our questions and concerns. Continue to support and share this petition and let them know WE DEMAND answers and for them to take some responsibility.
