I was a victim of fraud, and instead of Revolut Bank helping me recover my funds, they chose to review my account and suddenly closed it without resolving the issue. Not only did they fail to assist me, but they also put a hold on £50 of my funds and refused to release them. Additionally, they have been unable to recover a £200 & £60 payment that was fraud and fell under PPA , and haven't provided any updates or a final outcome.

This experience is not isolated; many customers have suffered from similar issues with Revolut Bank. The lack of effective customer protection against fraud and disrespectful customer care practices have resulted in countless unresolved complaints. The sudden closure of accounts adds to the frustration and helplessness felt by consumers.

Revolut Bank should be held accountable for these shortcomings. The bank managed to obtain its license after the UK left the EU, and currently, its operational practices are questionable. Many of its customers have lost funds due to what seems to be insufficient security measures. It raises concerns about whether Revolut had a valid UK banking license when it started its operations.

It's essential that Revolut improves its customer service and security protocols to prevent further harm. The bank must also provide transparent communication to its customers. Revolut should compensate affected customers and return or recover any lost funds due to fraud. Regulatory bodies should intervene to ensure Revolut operates under stringent guidelines to protect its customers better.
