Petition updateHold Perplexity accountable for unlimited claimsPerplexity modifies documentation (without announcements) and continues to cite removed models

I'm adding this update because I've found new inconsistencies in Perplexity's official documentation that impact transparency for paying users, consistent with the issues already described in this petition (unseen quotas/limits and the need to use an internal endpoint to determine what's left).

1) "o3-Pro" is still mentioned, but it's not officially listed.
On the Help Center page "What is Perplexity Pro?" (listed as "Updated yesterday"), Perplexity states that, for complex questions, Max users can select "o3-Pro & Claude 4.5 Opus."

This is problematic because, on the official page "What advanced AI models are included in my subscription?" (listed as "Updated over a week ago"), "o3-Pro" doesn't appear in the list of available models, while for Max, "Claude 4.6 Opus (only available to Max subscribers)" is listed.

In practice: two official articles, updated within a few days, provide different information about which models are actually available and for which plans.

2) The $5 API credits: removed from the Pro page, without clear communication
Another point concerns the alleged $5 monthly credits linked to the API: many people considered them part of the Pro benefits, but today they are no longer listed on the "What is Perplexity Pro?" page (benefits listed: citations, Create, upload, Research, image/video generation, access to templates, etc.).

On the "API Payment and Billing" page (listed as "Updated yesterday"), Perplexity explains that API credits are available for purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis and that "a Perplexity subscription is not required to purchase API credits or use the API," meaning the API is a separate service from the subscription.

The problem here isn't "what commercial choice" is made, but the lack of clear and unambiguous official communication when financial benefits change: users must deduce the changes by comparing different pages.

3) Why this directly links to the petition
This petition highlights that many people don't see quota indicators on Web/Windows/Comet, and that some users are forced to check limits via an internal endpoint ("/rest/rate-limit/all").

If we add to this misaligned documentation (models mentioned but not listed; benefits removed from a page but not explained with an announcement), the picture becomes even more opaque for paying users: you don't know "how much you have left," you don't know "what the plan really includes," and you don't know "since when" it changed.

4) Requests (specific and verifiable)
Immediately align the Help Center pages: if "o3-Pro" isn't available, it should be removed or clearly explained where/when it is available.

Publish a visible and dated changelog for substantial changes (including templates, quotas/limits, and benefits), as requested by the petition.

Make quota counters visible in the UI (Web/Windows/Comet) with a reset/credit recovery window, without forcing users to use internal endpoints.
