We, the people of the United States, refuse to stay silent as our constitutional rights are trampled and our democracy is undermined. The very foundation of this nation is being shaken by leaders who act without accountability, violate their oaths of office, and use power to harm rather than protect the people they serve.

We demand:

A full and independent investigation into actions by our leaders that violate the U.S. Constitution.

Immediate legal action to hold those responsible accountable for abuse of power and corruption.
Stronger protections to ensure no administration—current or future—is above the law.

Specific Violations Requiring Action: We call for an investigation into actions such as the unlawful freezing of Congressionally appropriated funds, undermining Congress’s constitutional authority; attempts to end birthright citizenship, violating the 14th Amendment; illegal deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, defying due process and court orders; and retaliatory executive orders targeting critics and law firms, infringing on First Amendment rights. Additionally, the prolonged use of unconfirmed “acting” officials and acceptance of foreign payments at Trump businesses breach the Appointments and Emoluments Clauses, respectively. These actions threaten the rule of law and demand immediate accountability. And now possible violations and misuse of the insurrection act! Using military force on citizens in America! 

To the Decision-Makers: We urge the U.S. Congress, particularly the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, to launch a bipartisan investigation into constitutional violations, including unlawful funding freezes, due process violations in deportations, and First Amendment infringements. We call on the U.S. Supreme Court to prioritize cases challenging executive overreach and enforce constitutional precedents. We further demand that the Department of Justice appoint an independent special counsel to investigate and prosecute abuses of power, ensuring no administration is above the law.
