I just contacted Nevada Governor Sisolak on July 4, 2022 at 9:55pm with their online submission. I'm visiting his office soon to find out why officials are able to willfully ignore abuse of power under color of law for a lifetime, with impunity! 

Keep in mind that the website did not provide proper confirmation or email confirmation. I ALWAYS have to physically visit these offices because of my concern with network issues, mail and email tampering that I continue to be subject to... I have letters from (3) three mail delivery services that have confirmed that they have no explanation for mail delays...

It is a shame that even with proof, your rights can be blatantly deprived.
