Hi everyone,

First off — I owe you all an update.

I’ve been knocked down with the flu this past week, and it’s left me way behind.

On top of that, we had to switch domains and rebuild our website from scratch — so if you’ve visited recently and found things a little messy, thank you for your patience while we get it all back in order! 

It’s pushed us back a bit from what we had planned, but that’s okay. Important things take time to get done right.

I’ve also noticed the petition has slowed — and while that hurts, I know this fight is far from over.

Here’s what I’m seeing now:

Even people whose accounts were reinstated are having them disabled again by Meta. It’s not just about recovering access — the cycle keeps repeating.

There are dozens of recent stories: Creators, business owners, and everyday people whose accounts have been disabled with accusations they don’t believe they committed. Sometimes even labeled with the most serious violations like “child sexual exploitation or abuse” when nothing like that was ever posted.

Meta’s responses are weak or non-existent. Appeals take weeks, sometimes nothing happens. And even paying for Meta Verified doesn’t guarantee help.

Why this matters:

This isn’t just about my petition.

It’s about people whose lives, businesses, and memories are being erased or disrupted. And because nothing has been fixed, even when someone wins their account back once, the risk of losing it again is still very real.

What this petition is for:

Don’t forget — this petition is about raising awareness and demanding answers and solutions now, not waiting years for a class action or legal system to sort it out.

Lawsuits can matter, but the reality is that one large class action might leave people with a token settlement of a few dollars each, while nothing changes in practice.

What truly creates pressure on Meta is when thousands of individuals act: filing small claims, submitting BBB complaints, raising regulatory issues, and making noise that can’t be ignored.

Every individual action adds weight. Combined with this petition, it builds undeniable public pressure for real change.

So I need you now, more than ever:

While I’m still getting back on my feet, I’m asking you to help share this petition.

Post about it, send it to a friend, spread it on your socials. 

Every voice adds pressure.

Every share keeps this visible.

The story isn’t over — people are still being harmed.
