Living in the Birkenhead North area, particularly Lansdowne Road and Deakin Street, has become increasingly difficult for homeowners like myself, due to the anti-social behaviour exhibited by tenants under Magenta Living's management. These tenants have consistently disrupted the peace with loud noises, property damage, and intimidation tactics, creating an environment that's become unbearable for residents who simply wish for a peaceful life.

I am not alone in this experience. Many homeowners in our community have expressed identical concerns. We have amassed substantial evidence, including photographs, videos, and documented incidents reported to Magenta. Yet, despite our calls for intervention, Magenta Living appears unresponsive or unwilling to take decisive action against those tenants who continually disturb the harmony of our neighbourhood.

This petition calls upon Magenta Living to implement stricter policies and measures to ensure their tenants adhere to acceptable standards of behaviour. Specifically, we ask for regular property inspections, a dedicated hotline for behavioural complaints, and a clear, enforceable code of conduct for tenants. Additionally, we propose that homeowners and tenants be separated in housing allocations to protect the rights of all parties to enjoy their homes without fear or harassment.

We believe these actions will not only enhance the living conditions for everyone but also foster a community based on mutual respect and cooperation.
