We Need Proof of Work Agreements / Contracts
We are collecting copies of work agreements, participation/enrollment agreements, and related documents from people who attended John Volken Academy.
M.B. needs these materials to properly assess and pursue potential claims involving breach of contract or labour issues.
A clear, signed agreement that sets out the jobs, duties, or work participants were expected to perform is the most useful document.
Supporting materials (Student Manuals, the Freshman Test that uses “good employee” language, waivers, intake forms, or checklists) are also helpful.

Termination Terms: Explains how the relationship can end, notice periods, or grounds for dismissal.
Restrictive Covenants: Often includes clauses covering confidentiality, non-compete agreements, or intellectual property rights.
