Your Participation / Enrollment Agreement Is the CONTRACT — We Need Copies

A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more parties that creates mutual obligations enforceable by law. It requires an offer, acceptance, consideration (something of value exchanged), and mutual intent to be bound. At John Volken Academy, the relevant contract is the participation agreement (also called the enrollment agreement). This is the document that set out the program terms, rules, work/labor expectations, and other conditions you agreed to when you entered.
Murphy Battista needs these agreements to properly assess and pursue claims for breach of contract or labor violations.
One person’s copy from a given period, together with confirmation that others attended at the same time under the same terms, can often apply to co-attendees from that timeframe. Counsel must still review the actual document before moving forward on contractual or labor-related damages.
If you have your participation agreement, enrollment agreement, handbook, or related paperwork from John Volken Academy, please share a copy with me (fakehelprealharm@gmail.com) or Murphy Battista.
