Re: Murphy Battista (via Associate Counsel Janelle O’Connor) is saying they are stopping further investigation for now. They’ve already spent a lot of time reviewing documents, but they still don’t have the actual contracts from participants. Without those contracts, they can’t keep going. They’re asking that if anyone finds the real contracts, to send them. Otherwise, just keep the extra emails/documents for your own records.

I believe the lawyer’s message is clear: without the actual contracts, there is no case. That’s disappointing.

What specifically counts as a contract in their eyes? Many of us have already sent every document we have.
