ACTION: Vote for our next campaign: https://weareunitedcitizens.org/uncategorized/briefing-united-citizens-first-vote-for-first-campaign/
This time last year, a group of us delivered our #TalkToUsMark petition to Facebook HQ. Since then Mark Zuckerberg has appeared in front of US Congress and investigated other third party violations of our data. That's two of our asks answered. But he still hasn't appeared in front of UK Parliament and he still hasn't responded to our petition directly.
That's why we are continuing the campaign.
Last month we got coverage on Channel 4 for our #FindMark Campaign. We put up posters of Mark Zuckerberg as a missing cat: Return Address? UK Parliament. Reward? Democratic accountability. We'll soon announce the next step of the #FindMark campaign soon!
But before that, what can you do next, to help?
It's simple: VOTE FOR OUR NEXT CAMPAIGN.
Our new membership organisation, United Citizens, is now voting for our next campaign to shape tech for all, leaving nobody behind.
These are the most pressing issues:
> Democratic accountability of tech leaders
> Disinformation and fake news
> Poor conditions of digital-age workers
> Data exploitation
> Lethal automated weapons
Which issue do you want us to campaign on first? Join United Citizens as a member to have your say.
Deadline: Voting ends at 23:59 on Sunday 31st March 2019.

We believe in global democracy, and we live this by giving you the power to vote to shape our agenda.
Let's do this.
