Hold Dacia Ontiveros Medina Accountable for Cross-Border Abuse and Exploitation

We are speaking out to seek accountability and protection after experiencing ongoing harm connected to individuals operating across the U.S.–Mexico border.

This petition calls for a formal and transparent investigation into the actions of Dacia Ontiveros Medina, a foreign national who has been involved in business activities connected to El Paso, Texas, through Floor Ko LLC.

In addition, there is Honduran immigrant testimony and evidence indicating that Dacia Ontiveros Medina knowingly participated in conduct related to the harboring of an individual in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, while arrangements were being made for unlawful entry into the United States. These allegations raise serious concerns involving potential human trafficking and cross-border exploitation.
