I recently heard back from someone at on Tuesday. I decided to go to the office today and was able to meet with someone in person. I am glad that they are aware of the issue. Whatever happens moving forward is a little out of my hands. I hope that they are able to use the experiences and evidence submitted to address this situation appropriately. Stay tuned!
