We cannot continue to let them traumatize children!. My grandchildren were removed without a court order a warrant order any imminent danger whatsoever. Mine and my daughter's constitutional rights have been continuously violated throughout the entire case they have kept the children in custody for 3 years never allowing overnight visits phone calls or anything else. My daughter has never been a danger to her children she has never showed up at any of her visits under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. They have completely kept me out of her case not allowing me to motion to intervene or anything else denying my emotions and completely ignoring them. They are now trying to terminate her parental rights and the things that have been done to her and against her by these judges in case workers knowingly willfully meliciously cannot be allowed to continue. I have been unlawfully arrested several times for doing nothing more than protesting I have had four protection orders placed against me by the same judge that's overseeing the CPS case knowing of the clear conflict of interest also I was evicted from my home I'm awfully but another of the CPS judges in the case. What is happening here in Jasper County is out of hand there putting families on the streets and lawfully. They are putting protection orders on grandparents without any legal reasoning. There's been no threats of violence whatsoever. They're arresting citizens for doing nothing more than protesting and taking them into custody and while in custody dealers are assaulting them. I know this for a fact because it happened to me and I have all the video to prove it. I even have the video of my assault inside the jail by a jailer. This has been allowed to happen in my town I have brought it to my city council I have brought it to my City chief of police. I brought it to the chief of police in April I talked to him several times between April and October I was assaulted October 14th of 2026 and it could have been prevented. I was unlawfully rested the first time in April and it happened several other times between April and october. Arrested and then released without charges only to have my vehicle impounded and spend the night in jail based on lies and allegations that they know perfectly well or lies and allegations. I have proof of my grandchildren's names being listed as living with the Foster family they would be later placed with over a week before they were placed there and even before they were taken out of our custody. That's collusion and that is conspiracy to commit kidnapping in my opinion! My grandchildren had no reason to have that address associated with their names before they were ever taken into custody and for there was ever any court orders whatsoever to place them with that family. And I have the proof and evidence of that as well this is the kind of thing that's happening all over the United States.
