As a minor who unknowingly stumbled into a Discord server owned by a pedophile(Whose main targets were on discord), I narrowly avoided a situation that could have put my safety at risk. The server was operated by Jackson Jennings, a man who has been revealed to have harmful intentions towards minors. It is alarming that such individuals are running online communities, targeting unsuspecting minors like myself.

Chesapeake Studios, through Jackson Jennings, has inadvertently imposed a threat on underage members by not disclosing the actions of the owner. The emotional toll of being involved in such a high-risk environment without prior knowledge is deeply distressing. Moreover, I had invested in numerous game passes in their games, financially contributing to Jack Jennings' ventures and indirectly, any legal battle he may face. This experience has left me feeling betrayed and used.

It is imperative that action is taken against Chesapeake Studios As many wrongs need to be righted. The lack of oversight and accountability in Jack Jennings’ operations signifies a broader problem that needs to be addressed to protect vulnerable users. Furthermore, The studio is not addressing the problems, nor are they allowing community members to communicate, making this situation even more dangerous. Hence, we call upon discord and Roblox to shut down Chesapeake Studios. We also call upon any lawyers in the community to help us start a class action against whoever profited from the game passes, we all purchased.
