نشرت الشبيبه القانون العماني للحصول على الجواز العماني، نحن على علم بهذا القانون المعمول به منذ سنين، وهناك نقاط ضمن القانون والذي نطالب بتعديلها وتغييرها لتكون في صالح المواطنات المتزوجات من الاجانب وأبنائهم، وكل من له صلة بالموضوع ويعاني من القانون الذي لم يتم تعديله، نتمنى ان نتمكن من الالتقاء بالمعنيين لكي يتسنى لنا طرح النقاط التي نشعر بانها مهمة وبحاجه الى التعديل لتكون في صالحنا جميعا من نعاني من هذا الوضع ولكي ترفع للمعنيين للمناقشة والنظر في اتخاذ الاجراءات لتعديل القانون، نشكر الشبيبه على طرحها للموضوع وان كان الموضوع معروف بالنسبه لنا وللكثيرين لكن ما نأمله هو ان يتم اعادة النظر في القانون بحيث يكون في صالحنا وصالح لازواجنا وأبنائنا لنتمكن من العيش باستقرار وطمأنينه وينعموا ابنائنا بذلك ايضا وخصوصا نحن الامهات، وخوفنا على مستقبل ابنائنا من التشتت وانفصالهم عنا بمغادرة السلطنة للعودة الى بلد الاباء لعدم حصولهم على الجنسية العمانيه لاي ظرف كان وحسب الحاله، خصوصا ان الاب موافق على حصول ابنائه على الجنسيه العمانيه ومنذ الولادة او في اي فترة من فترات سن الابناء والاباء الموافقين سيقوموا بالتوقيع على الموافقه بشكل رسمي لدى الجهات المعنيه
The Shabiba published the Omani law to obtain the Omani passport, we are aware of this law in force for years, and there are points within the law that we demand to amend and change it to be in the interest of female citizens married to foreigners and their children, and everyone related to the subject and suffering from the law that has not been amended, we hope That we be able to meet with the concerned people so that we can raise the points that we feel are important and need to be amended so that it is in the interest of all of us who suffer from this situation and in order to raise for the concerned parties for discussion and consideration of taking measures to amend the law. We thank the Al Shabiba for raising the issue, even if the topic is known to us and to many, What we hope is that the law is being reconsidered so that it is in our interest and in the interest of our wives and children so that we can live in stability and reassurance, and our children can enjoy that too, especially we mothers, and our fear for the future of our children from dispersion and their separation from us by leaving the Sultanate to return to the country of the fathers because they did not obtain Omani nationality under any circumstances and according to the case, Especially since the father agrees for his children to obtain Omani citizenship, and from birth or in any period of the children’s age, the consenting fathers will formally sign the approval with the concerned authorities
