Wow - the petition has taken off this morning, we're up to 6,000 signers and counting!

The petition is causing such a stir that a press officer for the Information Commissioner's Officer just called me. He said that is it the HM Courts & Tribunals Service that has the power to reject IDS' appeal. So I am refocusing the petition to direct it to the Tribunal Service.
