There are quite a few reasons i think this would make a perfect outro song for this part of the anime. Here's a link to the song for those who haven't heard it:

In first place, it's a late 90's/early 2000's pop song which would make a lot of sense given the other songs we've heard in the other outros have also been from around the years in which the main plot develops.

It's a great song and it kinda just screams Stone Ocean I don't really now why, every Jojo fan friend I've told about this has told me the same thing. I mean just listen at this thing, best of Shakira from her golden age btw.

Last but not least, I think Jojo Latino fans (we are not few) will be pleased to hear one of our native voices represented in one of our favorite things.
