Our children, particularly those on the autism spectrum or with behavioral needs, require support from professionals who can respond with care, skill, and understanding.

This is not just about addressing behavior—it’s about building safe, inclusive environments where all children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. We respectfully urge the school board to prioritize hiring:

Staff experienced in behavioral and emotional support
Social service professionals who can proactively assist struggling students
Additional personnel stationed in hallways and common areas to maintain visibility, safety, and intervene when needed
