A developer has applied to Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners for a Rezoning of the property on the east side of Livingston Rd at Fiddler's Cove  to allow 41 townhouses - possible college rentals. 

Why you should oppose this rezoning:

1. More traffic in an already congested area - 60-120 additional cars coming on to Livingston
2. Destroys old growth oaks and impacts gopher tortoises, hawks, deer, owls, and an artesian well
3. Opposes the Lutz Community plan of 1 unit per ½ acre lot (rezoning makes it 9 units per ½ acre lot)
4. Preserve Livingston Road's rural character
