Highways have been undertaking 'safety enhancements' to the A21. At Silverhill Robertsbridge in East Sussex. 

These Safety enhancements have changed the speed limit on Silverhill, Robertbridge from 40 miles an hour to 50 miles an hour. 

There are many homes on Silverhill, Robertbridge with many families having to enter the A21 on blind bends.  

This is a dangerous change to an already dangerous road. 

This is not a safety enhancement. The road continues down the Silverhill from blind bends to a pedestrian crossing and then a roundabout. Motorists have struggled to stop at the pedestrian crossing and sometimes the roundabout at 40 miles an hour.  

At 50 miles an hour children crossing from Salehurst to school and other residents are at serious risk of being killed. 

I cannot accept their reasoning for this change. This is extremely dangerous.
