This is just the beginning.... any property back to Bonny Brae can have 8 storeys...

I believe any property from the railway line back to Bonnie Brae Road (needs to be confirmed by a Council Planner) can potentially have an 8-storey high rise that is 1 metre from the edge of the boundary and go straight up... with no daylight factor needing to be taken into consideration.  i.e. any property or ALL properties shown on this screenshot along one part of Meadowbank... but you might live within 1/2 km of the train track anywhere in Auckland... and also have this issue...
