Please come to the Zoning Board's meeting tonight at 6:30 at the Town Hall They are voting on this PUD (hopefully after excluding one of the members of the Board, who has an economic interest in Delv, a company that appears on the Mayors presentation  boards; so he would really want this project to go through).  We need this to slow down and wait for the comprehensive plan. And we need the Mayor to hear the residents almost uniform demand that NO apartments be built in this project. We have over 700 apartments going into our Town right now. We don't know what that will do to our schools. We need to stage this growth and also preserve the small town charm of our Village.
