Meeting With Hertsmere BC

As you know, a most positive step forward has been achieved – the Councillor Leader of HBC, who for six months has tried to hold TRACKS at arm’s length, this week has not only agreed to meet with it but also to place on hold all planning permission processes until the meeting has taken place. This is a massive shift by HBC – “the other guy just blinked”, big. For good, sensible desirable reasons the meeting will not be till January – date and other essential factors are now in process of being specified/agreed by the committee with HBC; they will finalised within two weeks. Until the meeting takes place will members please be patient and not communicate directly with HBC or, if they have to, make it clear it is as a private resident and not TRACKS (you will understand, “too many cooks ........”).
