The Radlett Neighbourhood Plan (RNP)

Let the APC know we want them to take action! manager@aldenham-pc.gov.uk TRACKS is seeking to render the HBC proposal ruled ‘out of court’ by terms to that effect being incorporated in the Radlett Neighbourhood Plan (RNP). This is now being constructed by residents in collaboration with Aldenham Parish Council (APC). For those unfamiliar with them, Neighbourhood Plans specify/record the wishes of residents about where they live (e.g., sizes and density of housing) and strengthen their voices in subsequent planning matters. When voted upon and adopted by the residents of Radlett then the policy statements become law. This will impact planning policies such as the use of the car park regardless of ownership. TRACKS has asked APC to produce the Neighbourhood Plan for adoption by residents as a matter of urgency whilst requesting that HBC do not put the plans for their car park to their planning committee before the Radlett residents have adopted the Neighbourhood Plan.
