Thank you for signing our petition. I have meetings with members of Congress and interviews with media. Our attorneys will also present this list to the EPA. See the 10 demands and solutions below:

Need 750 more signatures to break 1000!

Will you please help me and share this link?

NUCLEAR DEMANDS & SOLUTIONS: To be implemented this year 2022:

1. Test Soil for Cesium-131, Strontium-90, Plutonium-239 in Pennsylvania: Dauphin, Lancaster, Cumberland and York Counties including Penn Oaks South in York, my childhood’s backyard and neighbor’s both above the creek off the Susquehanna River.

2. Conduct a Current Epidemiology Medical Study of residents who lived or worked in the counties next to Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant and those diagnosed in other states.

3. Implement a new National, Epidemiology Medical Study to assess the long-term effects on the counties surrounded by nuclear plants and radioactive waste sites by state and by independent, accredited labs not hired or supervised by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

4. Introduce a Clean Soil Act to be signed into law and regulated by the EPA .

5. Hire Watchdog Teams to oversee monitoring of radiation, cleanup and storage of these radioactive sites funding with a percentage of the budget allocated to such programs.

6. Implement Monitoring of all Radioactive Sites: LIVE/daily online for the public to access. Conducted and operated by independent, accredited labs. No self-regulation.

7. Increase Transparency for all Radioactive Transportation:

7A. Post large radioactive signs in “cautionary nuclear yellow” with the font as large as state’s highway signs, so it’s legible - and understood. Paint the transport vehicles the same color for it to be visible.

7B. Notify cities and towns where this waste will be transported through and neighborhoods of the actual waste location. Prior: Months, the week of, and the day of the actual transport.

8. Adjust Level of Exposure

8A. Replace “reference man” with “reference girl” model to reduce cancers, tumors, and neurological diseases for populations near nuclear facilities.

8B. Do not lower the “acceptable” amount of radiation that the human body can on an annual basis to accommodate the ever-growing problem of storing highly radioactive spent fuel rods and other garbage from the nuclear industry. This is not household garbage.

9. Monitor and Limit the Subsequent Renewals of Old Reactors Licenses.

9A. Do not allow the automatic renewal of old reactors assessed by a computer model.

9B. Hire accredited, independent labs to physically go test the mechanical and structural operating systems, buildings, and units to confirm the safety of operating decades beyond its original built date.

10. Use Correct Language

10A. Do not use misleading public relations tactics and benign persuasive words to deliberately confuse and misinform the public and encourage the media parrot it.

10B. Use consistent scientific measurements and terms to describe meltdowns, incidents, leaks, tunnel collapse (i.e. 2019 PUREX Tunnel at Hanford), and other accidents.

This photo is of the spent nuclear reactor fuel assemblies that will be radioactive for 24,100 years buried on the San Clemente Beach in Southern California on the San Andreas Earthquake fault line and in direct line of any incoming tsunami and above the water table, thus why the canisters stick out of the ground. They could not bury them completely due to hitting the water table. This is 140 yards from the shoreline where teenagers surf. Is this healthy for them and for our earth?

Thank you for helping America's decision-makers on the Hill vote for 'green and blue' renewable energy solutions instead.
