This petition will help change me, my family, and community in Virginia we want justice for what the father of my son, the bias Brazoria County court system and what his family did to me.  We will not tolerate racism and inhuman violations against children and kidnapping of children not even if they are your own . I”m African American female that was taken to Texas  in  Harris Country by my husband and him and his family treated like a dog in 2014.   My husband ( note my husband is white ) and I lived in Virginia he wanted to go back home where he from

I got pregnant in Virginia and we moved back to Texas in 2014 and I had to go straight in the hospital in August. I had my  son in October  2014 he was born 1lb 14 oz at gestation 25 week form October to December 2014  our son remained in the hospital to get well  he got out in December 2014 this when the nightmare began.

The the father racist  family the father Grayson Lee King  was hiding so he let his  family throw me out  with the Pearland police  and that was illegal because there was no report of the officer been there and kidnapped our at the time 3 month old son with a breathing monitor on to regulate is breathing because his lungs wasn’t working properly  and placed our in a bias and racist  Brazoria County TX  courts system the father is hiding behind the law because he lied to the courts told them I left my son in which I did not.

My mother had to come get me in 2014 to take me back to Virginia in the conditions she had to see me in and   with the  emotional distress I have endured  PTSTD  by the father in which I have suffered  along  with three miscarriages before I had our son Austin.  

My son now is 7yrs old haven’t seen my son since he was born  October 8, 2014 and this still going on in 2022 my son technically missing somewhere in TX., no communication from the father,  and he is hiding out  our son Austin and want give me my rights.  There are  no custody papers in place   or signed for the father to keep our son in TX . 

The father of my son Grayson Lee King is like a serial killer because what he did was inhuman he displays anti-social  behavior with narcissistic behavior .

The Brazoria County court  system has let the kidnaper walk around in broad daylight and he gets to do what he wants to do. If the father toke his own child he might take other people kids. He also has been  in the i United Staes Navy and a veteran no one no what the father might do he’s very sick.  

He  sat in the hospital with me and watch our son be born like a hawk porch on a rock to grab his first meal.  I spoke to a psychiatrist center in Texas they recommended a mental health warrant be place on him because he suffers from PTSD.

Grayson King has stated to me and other family members of mine he hear voices and this bias/ racial court officials including the judge did not listen.

The lawyer we obtained  did not believed what happened the lawyer did not follow up with  the National Center and Missing Exploited Children to report my soon missing after they called him. The lawyer did not comply with them to place  a enforcement action on the father  to place him in jail the lawyer is racist as well along with the other court officials. 

Please  we need media coverage for this story and to go viral about the racism and inhuman rights violations against the Brazoria County court system, in Brazoria Ciountry TX  , Pearland Police Department in Harris Countty TX . and  the King family and the father Grayson Lee King .

This is the lawyer Don Rabinowitz and his Firm  The Robinowitz Law Firm, P.C. that had our case since 2017  and took my money  and my family money and did not listen to the National Center and Missing Exploited Children when they told him to put the  father jail for parental kidnapping and let the father walk around in Pearland Tx as a kidnapper.
They was bias and racist  along with guardian ad litem Christian C. Landry that was appointed by the Judge. 

These courts officials need to be reported  dis bared and lose their job for what they did not to protect the Austin David King because they wanted money and being racist and bias.
