The Issue

The Shirley Boys – a name that speaks of strength, resilience, and the heartbreaking trials within our advocacy for justice. At 20, 18, and 3, respectively, our narrative has reached various social media platforms, spurred by the voices of the elder siblings determined to cast light on family court corruption. The separation orchestrated by the Family Court, tearing apart abused siblings, is the centerpiece of our unjust journey. In a system where protection should be paramount, our baby brother was deliberately placed with our admitted abusive mother, all motivated by money.

Our story can be found on TikTok "The Shirley Boys" or "Red White and Youth" on FB. Our story is not isolated, It's emblematic of a profound failure within the South Carolina Family Court, where decisions are made with callous disregard for the vulnerabilities of innocent children. This tragedy unfolds daily, under a structure designed to uphold justice and human rights, yet it falters, prioritizing profit over protection.

We need your help and collective voices to back our massive complaint that aims to hold the South Carolina family legal system, and the various officials in our case, accountable. Our petition is much more than a call for change, it's a call to correct an unjust system, urging those in power to meticulously evaluate and reform existing practices that endanger the very lives they are supposed to safeguard.

Real change begins with awareness and action. Our case could set a significant precedent, inspiring families across our state and nationwide to truly rally for reform. We propose that family court needs to be abolished and put back into civil courts with a jury. Giving one judge God like powers over a family has created a sickness in our system. Letting attorneys rule the way families are broken up, for money, is disgusting and should be met with imprisonment for intentionally abusing children further. Let us transform the narrative from neglect to compassion and justice.

Join us in demanding transparency, accountability, and a reformation of policies within the South Carolina Family Court. Ensure that no child has to endure what our baby brother has and is already enduring in the hands of our abuser. Sign this petition to catalyze meaningful change and protect future generations from systematic failures that are within our power to mend. Your signature is a step towards justice, a stance against the abuse, and a beacon of hope for all children suffering in silence. Please sign this petition today and stand with The Shirley Boys in our quest for constitutional fairness and integrity in our family courts.
