The Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims in China are facing unimaginable atrocities. They are being stripped of their human rights, with reports of forced labor, torture, and imprisonment without trial. The Chinese government has been accused of detaining more than one million people in "re-education" camps, where they are subjected to political indoctrination and physical abuse. Families have been torn apart, with children being placed in state-run orphanages and parents being unable to contact their loved ones.  In the concentration camps they are forced to eat pork, drink alcohol, and denounce themselves as Muslims. Leaked documents show that detainees are forced to take pills and get injections, they are the human subject of medical experiments, organ harvesting and sterilization procedures. They must memorize propaganda songs and confess invented sins. 10-30% of the Uyghur Muslims are put in concentration camps.These actions by the Chinese government are a clear violation of international human rights laws, yet little has been done to stop them. The world must come together to demand justice for the Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims who have been silenced and oppressed for far too long.
