Hello to all of our supporters!

Thank you to all those of you who took part in our recent tweet the Met campaign. Over 5,000 of you sent in tweets to Mark Rowley, the new commissioner. This type of action helps us to build momentum and to exert public pressure on policing in order to push our campaign to the top of the agenda. 

Public support for our Taser campaign is steadily building and awareness around the lethality of Tasers and why they should not be used to detain those in mental health crisis is increasing. 

As a result of our recent twitter storm we did attract some media attention (link to article below) which is great and we would ask those of you that did take part to please share the article on your socials. The article does have a link to the petition within it, so any shares will help us to attain more supporters and signatures. 

Our next important goal is to hit 75,000 signatures and to engage more press/podcast/blog coverage so please do share the article and keep sharing the petition with you friends, family and networks.
