The Family of Oladeji Omishore were recently interviewed by channel 4 news.

This was an unecessary and avoidable death.

Had the Prevention of future deaths report, written by the Coroner following Marc Cole's tragic and avoidable death been implemented, Oladeji would very likely still be alive today.
