The store is deceptive from the start—nothing is clearly priced, and employees will casually tell you a vape costs around $20 or a bottle of water is $3, but you have no way of knowing the actual price until you check your bank statement. The store doesn’t provide price tags, doesn’t accept cash, and doesn’t issue receipts. They only take debit cards, and that’s where the trouble begins.

Customers have reported being charged anywhere from $100 to $300 without warning, with no clear explanation for the inflated charges. The store uses deceptive practices, overcharging customers and taking advantage of their lack of awareness. Many people have lost hundreds of dollars, and when they try to get a refund, they are met with resistance. In the morning, the store displays outrageously high prices to gaslight customers into thinking they paid what they were charged. They even remove their website overnight to avoid being contacted.
