YES!  HELP! FINALLY!  Thanks to the great work of S.C. Rep. Huggins we have a bill; spay, neuter, registration of fertile pit bulls bill unless you pay a $500 fee to keep you pet unaltered.  We need this passed into law and we need your support to do so!  SO MANY of these dogs are being killed everyday because SO MANY are breeding them.  The overbreeding of this breed has to stop, they make up over 70 percent of animal shelter populations.  They are great dogs but they can be bred badly and carry the negative traits of the breed.  Save these great dogs lives!  Help us limit and regulate this breeding for healthier, better behaved pets!  This bill if passed can help stop the constant killing of this amazing dog.  Call your S.C.
