Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well! I want to thank you for your continued support in preserving my grandpa’s race car for decoration and memorial purposes & keeping her under our GIANT maple tree in our yard.
I have been lead wrongly by a certain member of council that posed and lied to me and my family. To my face, he saw no harm in what we were doing. Saw the art in it and said he’d make change and be sure to see it through. Stated the ordinance is old and needs room for people that express themselves and preserve family heirlooms. We don’t have junk in our yard, in fact we have a timeless piece, complete with a story! He gave many examples of art in other towns and compared us to those yards. Said Paynesville needs to get with the times! Threw a certain neighbor of mine under the bus that he said is jealous of me so she complained… He made many comments about how this town and other council members need to worry about better things. I really thought he was going to try. He never once asked me to meet and discuss that change. Never once sent me his ideas or make recommendations or ask for mine. In fact he claimed it will never make that change because our Mayor & Chief are on the that certain board and he knew they’d never make those changes. He stated our licensed trailer she now rests on decorated in pine and lights, was a great step in the right direction. Said he saw us doing our best. We planned to enclose 8 ball into a viewing case this summer per chief of police first recommendation. We are now told that can’t work! WHY NOT!?!
Now in recent meetings this same council member while in the heat seat “that we weren’t invited to or even told by him we would be on the agenda,” on 3/13/23 he was full of lies and shown a whole new meaning of himself! It’s truly disgusting and disheartening the monster I now know he is and how he lied and portrayed himself. I will include the meeting of 3/13/2023 fast forward to around the 39 minute mark. They begin the discussion and that certain council member begins with his lies. It’s pretty sad what this town has come to. There are far greater things they definitely should be worried about! I have all the letters sent by both police and the Mayor once, nothing was ever dealt with and now based off of lies. Here we are today with this. Please watch and lend me your support and insight. I need legal help and people to help stand up to the lies and the deceit in this town. The targeted discrimination doesn’t just start with 8 ball. There is so much more. I haven’t made it public but am starting to see that I will need to. Please help me stand ground and prove we aren’t here to cause harm with our family heirloom or yard decor. We are not criminals. We don’t deserve this discrimination. It is so negative and so hard on my heart and my kids too…. They ask why people hate great grandpa’s 8 ball car so much!? Who are we harming? No one that can formally sign their name…. Meaning it’s us against the city and it’s hate for a Hartmann.
