We all work or have worked at Buffalo Wild Wings in Farmington, NM. We ALL, Every single one of us are looking for change. We currently have the worst management any of us have ever seen. From making employees work with people who have been reported for sexual harassment and send you home when you say something, to how disgusting this place is inside in out.  The google reviews are definitely true, not always screws in burgers but, cockroaches, mice outside, throw up on the same bathroom stall for weeks. They will run this place with 2 people every single lunch shift, yell at you while sitting in the office doing nothing about the 40-50 people who are waiting for food, a drink refill, a complaint, about anything is not taken seriously, they do no wrong. They make us work when they are sick, they will actually give you attitude and treat you anything less than human. We all want to provide the best customer service. We all want to be happy in our workplace. We all just want basic human rights. We all have had enough, nothing is being done. As you know Buffalo Wild Wings is a corporation, getting ahold of literally anyone in HR or above you is impossible. We all love taking care of people, the health department has been called, BBB has been called, everyone. We need your help for new management! New opportunities. We don’t want to quit we want to make things better without being harassed in a hostile work environment. Please help us get the attention of Buffalo Wild Wings & it’s consumers. Little to none of the health codes are up to standard. We have managers doing drug deals in the parking lot,  just over right nasty with your food while being prepared, racist towards any native (Navajo or not), but mad when we bring up issues. We never wanted it to be like this but a lot of us have kids & bills and are not able to take the risk of not having pay for a few weeks. Thank you for reading!
