1560 Residents Have Spoken – Now We Need You at Thursday's Planning Committee Meeting

The final decision on this HUGE Solar Installation (123 acres) next to Wapley Bushes and Mousewell Farm just outside Chipping Sodbury will be made this Thursday, 11th June. We need your support. More than 1,560 people have signed this petition. As local residents we are not against solar but we are against a gigantic industrial sized site of 123 acres just metres from peoples homes. Whilst we have been campaigning to explain to the Councillors we appreciate the need for need for renewables, this location is unprecedented in terms of its uniqueness certainly within South Glos.  To see the strength of local feeling at the meeting itself and in person could tip the balance. If you can attend, please join us at Kingswood Civic Centre (address is below). It starts at 10.50am. Your presence could make a real difference. Thank you.
