Signs of abuse scar many strays on Saipan

I was browsing the Boonie Babies Instagram page (check it out!) and I learned about how animals where left on the side of the road, dumped in the garbage and even were

left in plastic bags. Many dogs are underweight and have worms and some show signs of abuse such as machete marks or scars. This is only one of the many reasons to support these animals!
