We, the residents of The Letterman Greensboro, are petitioning for better overall living, and reimbursement, lowered, or no rent for the months of June and/or July.

We have united and came up with an entire list of problems complex wide (attached), and we demand immediate change. These issues range from mold growth in units, to little to no amenities being available (such as the pool, Wi-Fi and trash valet), to no security cameras on the property, (leading to many break-ins and shootings), no mailbox keys, rodents, and many more. We are tired of paying for constant neglect and poor management of our complex, and as residents we no longer feel safe, seen, or heard.

With your help, we can combat management trying to make us suck it up and still pay. They want us to keep our mouths closed and just bear with the unsafe living environment, all while our money goes into their pockets. It's not right and we are tired of our community suffering for the neglect of greedy complex owners who know that we have nowhere else to go!

Please support your fellow Aggies, Spartans, and other young adults get the justice that we deserve, and we can branch out and start helping other complexes as well!
