I have been sexually harassed/assaulted countless times in my 2 years of high school. Walking in the halls, sitting in class, eating at lunch, there’s always a sexual comment made or action done. High school girls and boys are both cause and effect of this issue. Kids should never be scared or insecure walking into school in the mornings, and yet, we dread walking through the halls and 7:45 in the morning because we’re so scared of what others may say or do to us. Help stop the panic and fear of safety in Alaska’s schools!
