Hello Friends, a brief update on our current status

Lissa is currently being held at:
Eloy Detention Center
1705 E Hanna Rd, Eloy, AZ 85131

She’s still in limbo — not fully processed into ICE’s system yet, and hasn’t been assigned an officer.

Our lawyer says it typically takes about 7 to 8 days before we can begin any legal steps.

Once she’s officially in the system, we’ll be able to:
 1. Request a court hearing
 2. Submit supporting documents to the judge
 3. Ask for a bond hearing to release her during the review at court

REMEMBER YOUR RIGHTS FRIENDS.

US Citizen or not, you will always have HUE-MAN Rights on US Soil

⚖️ Law Hierarchy (from a U.S. legal system perspective):

  1. God’s Law – Supreme in moral/spiritual belief, but not enforceable by government
  2. U.S. Constitutional Law – Supreme in the legal system (The Rights We Have)
  3. Federal & State Statutes – Must follow the Constitution
  4. Common Law / Case Law – Judge-made rulings, still very powerful
  5. Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) – Specific to commerce, sits under the Constitution (Where Most of us Follow)
  6. Local Ordinances - City or county-level laws (e.g., parking rules, curfews).

***CODE - UCC 1-308 (Remember This Friends)***

🔹 UCC § 1-308 – Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights

 (a) A party that with explicit reservation of rights performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Words such as “without prejudice,” “under protest,” or the like are sufficient.

(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to an accord and satisfaction.

What It Means (Plain English):

If you’re forced to sign, pay, or perform under pressure, you can reserve your legal rights while doing so by writing “without prejudice” or “under protest.”
This allows you to protect your rights to later challenge the action, contract, or demand in court.
It’s commonly used in legal disputes, contract negotiations, debt settlements, or situations where you’re forced to comply but disagree.

🛑 Note:
Using UCC 1-308 does not automatically void contracts, eliminate debts, or override court orders. It’s a legal tool, not a loophole.
