Pegasus group propose to build an additional 260 houses on Bowesfield  park and nature reserve.

Everyone will be massively impacted if this goes ahead .

Bowesfield park boasts a beautiful wild life nature reserve, this proposal will cause harm to the rare wildlife that lives within it, this area is a apart of the tees valley wild life trust and nature reserve and should be protected and preserved .

Bowesfield park is a busy housing and commercial  estate with only a single road access,congestion, parking and road safety for pedestrians is already a huge concern- with office buildings ,commercial car garages , nursery/day care provision ,hundreds of residential houses ,apartment blocks  and additional visitors to the nature reserve .This estate has no convenience or shopping amenities .
